1. How do I make a booking or enquire about your services?

2. Is there a minimum call-out charge?

Minimum call out charges apply to different services:

  • Handyman
    1 hour mimimum charge then per 15 minute unit
  • Cleaners
    2 hours minimum for cleaners then per 30 minute unit
  • Hospitality staff
    2 hours minimum then per 30 minute unit
  • Other services (electrician, plumber, locksmith, removals, etc)
    1 hour minimum then per 30 minute unit

3. What extras might be charged?

  • Any additional materials used will be charged at cost price.
  • We do NOT charge for parking or congestion charges.
  • All cleaning products are included in fixed-price cleaning work (e.g. end-of-tenancy)

4. What are your payment terms?

  • Payment for any work undertaken by Belgravia Solutions must be paid either before or as soon as the work has been completed.
  • We accept payment by card, PayPal, bank transfer and cash.
  • We can offer credit terms to regular customers. Contact us for more details. 

5. Do you offer discounts for regular customers or large jobs?

Yes. We can offer discounted rates for companies or individuals who use us regularly. Please contact us to discuss.
