How can I enquire about or book a service?

The best way to book a service is to complete one of our online enquiry forms. You can also contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Once we have received the details or what you need and when, we will let you know costs and when we could do the work. You can then decide whether to proceed or not.

Which areas do you cover?

Our handymen operate mainly in SW1, SW3, SW7, SW5 and SW6. Our cleaning and staff services are offered in all London postcodes.

What are your prices?

Handymen are normally charged on a time basis with the minimum call-out of 30 minutes, followed by 30 minute units. Current prices can be seen on our handyman page. If the work involved requires the use of specialist sub-contractors (organised by us) then other rates will apply which you would be notified about before any work began.

Cleaning is either charged on an hourly rate or fixed prices. Although we have indicated some guideline prices on our cleaning page, prices will normally need to be discussed on an individual basis as every property is different.

Pricing for our hospitality staff is only discussed on an individual basis.

Do you charge for parking and congestion charge?

Parking and congestion charge fees are normally included in our prices. If they are not, we will notify you in advance.

How do you charge for extra materials?

Basic materials such as standard size screws, nails etc are included in our prices. If additional materials are need then we charge purchase price + 15%.

What are your payment terms?

Unless otherwise agreed in advance of any work starting, payment for our services is due before or on completion of work. 

For handyman services we may require the minimum 30 minute call-out charge to be paid in advance with the balance being paid to the handman by card or cash once the work has been completed.

Fixed price cleaning is normally required to be paid fully in advance. Payment terms for regular cleaning are discussed on an individual basis.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We normally require 24 hours minimum advance notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking. If less than 24 hours' notice is given then we may charge the first 30 minutes (handyman) or 30% of any fixed cleaning fees.

If the event that no one is present when our staff arrive to carry out work then the same cancellation terms apply.

Are your staff insured?

All staff and subcontractors are fully insured for public liability.
