Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have a contract?

No, a contract is not necessary to book a cleaning service with us. We offer both regular and one-off cleaning. 

Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?

For one-off cleaning jobs all equipment and cleaning products are provided by us and included in our prices. For regular cleaning it is normal for us to use equipment and materials provided by the customer.

For regular cleaning, can I have the same cleaner every time?

Yes, providing the cleaner is available on the days you require cleaning. If you only ever want the same cleaner then this can be specified when the agreement is made.

What are the cancellation/modification terms?

We normally require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or modify a booked cleaning service. In the event of cancellation with 48 hours or more notice then we will refund 75% of any money paid. For cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice no refunds are possible.


What happens if I am not happy with the cleaning?

If you are not happy with the cleaning service contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you in any way we can.
